Because you are reading this, that means you have something of value to yourself and others. Choose B.E.T.T.E.R. 4 U, PLLC is a unique company providing consultation and outpatient mental health services to the community which include

 OPT, PSR, CST, PSS and IIH services.

We are specifically seeking 2 kinds of people:

1) fully and provisionally licensed clinicians who are willing to be flexible and have confidence in their scope of practice 

Fully and Provisionally Licensed Outpatient Therapists:

As a growing company, replenishing the field of mental wellness with clinicians who are competent, present-focused, and client centered is of upmost importance. Developing relationships with clinicians and agencies that are willing to, and capable of, providing supportive services in an idea of collectivism for the benefit of client specific progress, is our aim. We are seeking individuals who are willing to allow themselves to be coachable in this modality.

The opportunities in Charlotte are nearly limitless for professionals in this field, however; finding a “good fit” for staff and agencies seems to be challenging. We have over 10 years of experience locally, doing quality work, and we are welcoming providers, professionals, and clinicians with the opportunity to engage with us as we continue to assist in the development of best practices for mental wellness in the greater Charlotte Region.

Job Type: Contract Therapist

Salary: $75 per 1 hour session

Expected hours: 5 hours per week

2) mental health professionals (QP, AP, PP, CPSS) who are looking for opportunities to grow their clinical and professional network with various opportunities.

Expected Hours: Variable 

We are also supporting partnering agencies who are seeking mental health professionals who are not currently licensed that can provide support to clinicians in various capacities. Due to the relationships that we have cultivated we recognize the need to continue to grow supportive roles to the clinical team which ensures that individuals and families are getting the support that is necessary to continue to meet and exceed their goals.
