We currently accept most commercial Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, and Aetna insurance plans. We also accept a handful of EAP programs. 

Once the financial aspects have been properly agreed upon you will receive an invitation to complete your intake paperwork through our EHR.

We use a web-based Electronic Health Record (EHR). All scheduling is completed in the EHR and allows clients to see upcoming and past appointments, as well as, make any payments via card processing.  To sign up with our agency you are required to establish a client profile. The set up for a client profile takes just a few minutes. 

Our Electronic Health Record is HIPAA compliant and captures information for all of our clients. Each client has access to a secure client portal.
